The Certified Petroleum Data Analyst (CPDA™) credential is awarded to those who qualify, based on a combination of criteria including education, experience, and test-based evaluation/examination of professional level knowledge in essential areas of petroleum data analysis. The CPDA™ certification validates to employers, clients and colleagues that a CPDA™ certified professional possesses the data management knowledge, experience and skills to enable success in petroleum data management.

Certified Petroleum Data Analyst

In order to meet the petroleum industry’s need for recognition of the unique competencies of data management professionals, PPDM Association has established the global Certified Petroleum Data Analyst (CPDATM) certification exam. 

The CPDATM designation is a globally recognized achievement, unique to the petroleum data management industry. Certification demonstrates to employers, clients, and colleagues that a CPDATM professional possesses data management knowledge, experience, and skills to navigate the unique challenges of data management specific to the exploration & production industry.
